Ms. Jessica Netter (35) is a graduate of The College of St. Benedict, Collegville, MN (BA Management). Ms. Netter has over fifteen years experience in marketing, sales and business development, working with a wide variety of products andd services. Her energy is exceeded only by her ambition. Ms. Netter has been a key advisor to numerous start-up and early stage companies, three of which have been acquired or gone public. For the past five years, Ms. Netter has owned and operated Moxie Strategic Marketing, a marketing services firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ms. Netter is also on the Board of Directors for Electrical Builders, Inc., the nations premier contractor for high power conductor systems, based in Clear Lake, Minnesota.

Joe Linder, Vice President Engineering.

Mr. Linder (42) is a graduate of Mankato State (BS Electrical Engineering) and holds his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. He is a dynamic technical leader with strong communications skills and over 18 years of engineering and management expertise. Mr. Linder has a proven track record for completing projects, on time and on budget. He is highly skilled at leading teams of creative individuals toward common goals that create success and intrinsic value.

Parth Shah, Financial Controller.

Mr. Shah (28) is a graduate of Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda, India (Bachelor of Commerce Degree). He holds his CPA equivalent from Mumbia, India and has his MBA from Carlson School of Management. Mr. Shah has a strong financial background and has previously held positions as Financial Controller for ABB Limited, Senior Financial Analyst for TYCO Plastics, Research Analyst for Carlson Growth Fund, and an analyst at Northstar Capital.
